Group Meetings

Our safe, nurturing, restorative group for women healing from a partner's intimate betrayal/sexual infidelity offers  a safe space to exhale and connect with others who know the fear, shame and self-doubt that comes with the attachment injury of betrayal. Join us to learn and heal from the impact of betrayal on sense of self, safety, body and relationships. In our nurturing community, you will begin to build internal trust and self-compassion, reclaim lost or silenced parts of yourself and to integrate your experiences into your broader life narrative. Sessions weave together shared reflection, opportunities to build authentic connection and evidence-informed education.
