Groups at Rise & Renew Counseling offer healing through connection. When betrayal leaves you feeling isolated, questioning yourself, and wondering if anyone truly understands what you are going through, you don’t have to walk through it alone. Come as you are. Walk through the door and find something powerful: the experience of being with other women who understand the complexity of betrayal and are moving through similar pain. In a safe, confidential, and compassionate space, women connect, share, and learn from one another while being guided toward post-traumatic growth. Together, we explore rebuilding self-trust, reclaiming identity, strengthening boundaries, regulating the nervous system, and discovering the resilience that was there all along.
